WHAT LEASING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We offer 6-12 month leases.

DO YOU OFFER INDIVIDUAL LEASES & CO-LIVING?

We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.

DO YOU ACCEPT SECTION 8 VOUCHERS?

Yes, we accept Section 8 vouchers.

CAN THE APARTMENT BE SUBLET OR LISTED ON SHORT-TERM RENTAL PLATFORMS LIKE AIRBNB OR VRBO?

Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.

Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?

Security deposit is dependent on credit and is refundable at move-out unless there are any amounts owed or damages incurred.

IS RENTER'S INSURANCE REQUIRED?

You are required to carry a minimum of $100,000 Personal Liability Insurance Coverage. Rise Camelback provides the policy, which is charged as an additional monthly fee.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS FOR THE FITNESS CENTER?

The fitness center is open during business hours.

What are the hours for the business center?

The business center is open during business hours.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF THE LAUNDRY FACILITY?

The laundry facility is open 24/7.

What are the hours of the clubhouse?

No Clubhouse

What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?

8AM - 10PM

HOW DO I GET MY PACKAGES/DO YOU HAVE PACKAGE LOCKERS?

Front door delivery - office does not accept packages.

Our renovated apartment units offer wood plank vinyl flooring.

Apartments feature a space-saving tub/shower combo.

WHAT KIND OF APPLIANCES AND FEATURES DOES THE KITCHEN HAVE?

Our renovated apartment units offer stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

DO APARTMENTS HAVE DISHWASHERS?

Dishwashers are available in select apartment homes.

DO KITCHEN SINKS HAVE A GARBAGE DISPOSAL?

Garbage disposals are available in select apartment homes.
